Hi, I'm Dr. Nozella, a nutrition educator, professor, writer, speaker, researcher, and wellness consultant. Like many, I struggle to live a balanced life. Over the years I’ve learned I have to be intentional, even protective, about taking care of me and that means taking responsibility to care for my body—the temple of God.

I didn't arrive here easily, though.

For years, I felt helpless inside my own body...Even as I was learning how to integrate more holistic and natural habits into my life. Today, I help driven, soul-centered people like you regain confidence, energy and live a vibrant life.
