Anyone else need a bit of encouragement lately? I do.
Current events have triggered so many past memories for me - personal stories of anxiety, fear and anguish. The oils work well for emotional health, so I've been diffusing as I reflect, meditate and heed my call to action. But I still have a range of emotions, from fear and anger, to pain, sadness and grief. At times I have even felt paralyzed. Using my oils has really helped me to focus and be able to do the next courageous thing.
So I want to share that with you. I'll highlight one of my favorite emotional oils each day and give you a journal prompt (or food for thought, if you don't like to write) to help you process your feelings and keep moving forward. I hope this lifts your spirit as much as it does mine.
