Become the CEO of Your Health
Whole-person wellness by God’s design—one intentional choice at a time.

I believe we were created to do more than simply live longer.
We were created to live with vitality, purpose, connection, and joy.
I’m Dr. Nozella, and for more than 20 years, I’ve been learning, living, and teaching a whole-person approach to wellness.
My journey began when I was looking for answers to my own health concerns. What started as a search for better options became a lifelong commitment to understanding how our everyday choices—what we drink, breathe, eat, think, use, and do—can influence our well-being.
Today, I help women, especially women 50+, become more informed and intentional about their health.
- Not through perfection.
- Not through fear.
- And not by changing everything overnight.
We start with one healthy choice.
Wellness Is More Than What’s in Your Medicine Cabinet
Whole-person wellness includes the way we hydrate, breathe, nourish our bodies, move, love, process emotions, rest, and manage stress.
That’s why I developed a simple framework I call WAFFLES:
-
Water
Choose clean water and hydrate intentionally.
-
Air
Pay attention to the air you breathe and practice intentional breathing.
-
Food
Nourish your body with wholesome food, good nutrition, and thoughtful supplementation.
-
Fitness
Keep moving in ways that support strength, mobility, and joy.
-
Love
Cultivate love for God, yourself, and others.
-
Emotions
Give yourself permission to acknowledge and process emotions in healthy ways.
-
Sleep & Stress
Make restorative sleep and healthy stress management part of your wellness plan.
Your Wellness Journey Can Begin Today
- Maybe you want more energy.
- Maybe you’re concerned about the toxins in your environment.
- Maybe you want to remain active and independent as you age.
- Or perhaps life has changed, and you realize it’s time to make your own wellness a priority again.
Wherever you are, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I’m here to educate, encourage, and walk alongside you.
