Water
Our bodies need water.
We begin by looking at hydration habits and the quality of the water we drink.
Whole-Person Wellness
Seven areas. One whole person.
Health information can become overwhelming very quickly.
For many women, all that information leads to confusion instead of action.
I wanted something simpler.
So I created WAFFLES, a practical way to look at the foundations of whole-person wellness.
Our bodies need water.
We begin by looking at hydration habits and the quality of the water we drink.
We breathe all day, every day.
We explore indoor air, synthetic fragrances, time outdoors, essential oils for creating an inviting environment, and intentional breathwork.
Food should nourish us.
We explore wholesome foods, nutrition, labels, supplements, and realistic choices that fit everyday life.
Movement matters at every age.
Walking, stretching, dancing, strength, and mobility can all have a place. The goal isn’t punishment—it’s supporting a body that was designed to move.
Relationships matter. So does our relationship with ourselves.
Love, connection, faith, community, boundaries, and belonging are part of whole-person wellness.
Grief, joy, anxiety, disappointment, hope, anger, and sadness are part of being human.
Emotional wellness isn’t pretending everything is fine. It’s learning healthy ways to acknowledge and process what we feel.
Rest is not laziness.
Sleep and healthy stress-management practices deserve a place in our wellness plans.
You don’t need to fix seven areas at once.
Ask yourself:
What is one area where a small change could make a meaningful difference in my life?
That’s where we begin.
I’m developing a learning community where women can explore these foundations more deeply, build sustainable habits, ask questions, and grow together.
This isn’t about becoming obsessed with health.
It’s about becoming educated enough to make intentional choices.
